The 10-position regulator allows you to create a sheet of different thicknesses, suitable for many types of pasta:
n.0 = ≈ 4.8 mm
n.1 = ≈ 3.8 mm
n.2 = ≈ 3.3 mm
n.3 = ≈ 2.5 mm
n.4 = ≈ 1.9 mm
n.5 = ≈ 1.5 mm
n.6 = ≈ 1.2 mm
n.7 = ≈ 1.0 mm

It is equipped with a handy clamp to fix the machine to the table and a practical crank.
